Get Involved
Be part of lasting change
Feeding Futures is built on partnership. From school communities in Kenya to supporters, volunteers, churches, schools, companies and fundraisers, this work grows when people choose to play their part.
Whether you want to visit Kenya, host an event, volunteer your skills or help introduce Feeding Futures to others, your support can help children learn without hunger and equip communities to build a more sustainable future.
There are many ways to support Feeding Futures beyond giving financially. Whether you have practical skills, professional experience, community connections or a passion for fundraising, your contribution can help us reach more school communities.
Ways To Get Involved
Book a speaker
If your church, school, company or community group would like to learn more about Feeding Futures, you can invite someone from our team to speak.
A talk can help your audience understand the reality of hunger in schools, the importance of sustainable school meals and the practical ways they can support the work.
Host an Event
Fundraising events are a powerful way to bring people together and introduce more people to Feeding Futures.
You could organise a coffee morning, dinner, quiz night, school event, church fundraiser, sponsored challenge or community gathering. Whether your event is large or small, it can help provide school meals today and support long-term sustainability for tomorrow.
Become an ambassador
Could you help introduce Feeding Futures to your church, school, company or community?
Ambassadors play an important role in sharing the story, building relationships and opening doors to new supporters, partners and opportunities. You do not need to have all the answers. You simply need a willingness to speak about the work and connect others with the mission.
Volunteer with Feeding Futures
Feeding Futures is a small charity with a practical, ambitious vision. Volunteers play an important role in helping us grow the support, systems and awareness needed to partner with more school communities in Kenya.
Whether you can offer a few hours, a regular commitment or support for a specific project, your time can help move the work forward.
Volunteering opportunities may include:
Administration
Bookkeeping
Fundraising support
Event planning
Volunteer recruitment and support
We are especially interested in hearing from people who are organised, proactive and committed to helping children learn without hunger. You do not need to know everything about Feeding Futures before getting involved. If you share the vision, we can start a conversation about where your skills may be most useful.
Become a Fundraiser
Raise support in a way that works for you
Fundraising for Feeding Futures can be as simple or as creative as you want it to be.
You might choose to run a marathon, take on a sponsored challenge, host a coffee morning, organise a quiz night, hold a school fundraiser, mark a birthday with donations, or bring your workplace, church or community together around a shared goal.
However you choose to fundraise, your support can help children in Kenya access school meals today while school communities build the skills, farms and systems to keep those meals going for the future.
If you have an idea, we would love to hear from you.

Future Kenya Visits
Feeding Futures hopes to offer opportunities in the future for supporters to visit Kenya and see the work first-hand.
These visits are not yet confirmed, but we are beginning to gather interest from people who would like to learn more when plans are developed.
A future visit may offer the chance to meet members of the Feeding Futures team, see how school meal programmes work in practice, and better understand how partnership, farming, training and community ownership come together.
Any visit would be carefully planned to be respectful, purposeful and centred on learning. Our priority will always be the dignity, safety and wellbeing of the school communities we work alongside.
